Retreat Registration Instructions
Step 1 - Browse the available classes on the Class Schedule page and determine which classes you would like to take. You can view details for a course by clicking on its name on the Class Schedule page. Simply click on the photo to see an enlarged photo of the class sample.
Step 2 - Login to the registration system using the login box located at the top right of the screen. NOTE: Your username is your email address. Update your personal information if there have been any changes.
Returning Attendees : Your information is in the system as you used it last year. If you cannot remember your password, click on “Forgot Password” and we can reset it for you.
Step 3 - When you are ready to register, you can select the "Register for Course" button found at the bottom of the course detail page. This will automatically register you in the course and generate a confirmation email for that specific course. This "immediate" enrollment ensures your spot in the course. You will continue this process until you are finished registering for all the courses you wish to attend.
Step 4 - You can view your list of classes by selecting the My Classes link at the top of any page, once you are logged in. From this page, you can view your classes and schedule as well as keep track of your payments. To send in your payment for the courses you have registered for, you can select "Send Billing Statement" from the bottom of the page and your statement will be emailed to you. You can then print it out and mail it back with your payment. To ensure your space in classes, payment is due within 14 days of your registration. If you are mailing payments, please send them to:

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
$100 deposit required at time of registration
Remainder due by Oct. 1, 2012
Cancellations before Dec. 1, 2012 will receive a refund of all payments made but $50.
After Dec 1, 2012 no refunds, but class may be transferred to another student.
