Hotel Information

The Ramada Inn Mandarin is located just North of I295 on San Jose Blvd (State Road 13). With more classroom space available, we know you will enjoy this change of scenery!

If you wish to stay at the hotel during the weekend, you are responsible for making your reservations. The Ramada has asked that all attendees who are staying at the hotel complete the following form when making your reservations.

From the North:

• South on I-95.
• South on I-295.
• Exit 5 on San Jose Blvd just past St. John's River.
• Left on San Jose,
• Right on Hartley Rd. Ramada on right.

From the South:

• North on I-95.
• North on I-295.
• Exit 5a on San Jose.
• Right on Hartley Rd. Ramada on right.

From the East:

• East on I-10.
• South on I-295.
• Exit 5 on San Jose Blvd just past St. John's River.
• Left on San Jose.
• Right on Hartley Rd. Ramada on right

Room check in begins at 3:00 p.m. If you want to check in early, you will need to make arrangements with the hotel prior to the retreat weekend. There is no guarantee the hotel can accommodate early check-in.

Room check out is by 12:00 noon. If you want to check out later, you will need to make arrangements with the hotel prior to the retreat weekend or when you check in. There is no guarantee the hotel can accommodate late check out.
